"He should be fully responsible for what he did. This tarnished the good name of the party. We do not want to give the impression of defense against corruption. We will take a firm stance," Fadli said when contacted on Friday (01/04/2016).

He added if Gerindra chairman Prabowo had instructed every cadre either in the legislature or the executive so as not violating the constitution. If violated, then the consequences are borne by the cadres in the form of threats of dismissal of members of the party.

"We are already firmly in corruption, the drug in order not to do. It was submitted Pak Prabowo repeatedly. In order not to be done, both members of the national parliament, DPRD province, county, city," he said.

However, according to Fadl as long as the Commission has not given an official statement regarding the case of the allegedly dragged Mohamad Sanusi it is necessary presumption of innocence.

"Of course we are in this case also got to hear a statement to the Commission. We also stick to the principle of presumption of innocence. If confirmed, of course Gerindra has a mechanism to impose sanctions," said Vice Chairman of the House of Representatives.
